It offers a range of services such as personalized locums placement, physical advocacy, coding improvement, physician and facility documentation, and transition services for locums to permanent placement. Founded in 2016, Medical Ambassadors is based in Auburndale, USA.

Medical Ambassadors' primary focus is to help community hospitals bridge their staffing gaps and provide physicians for covering emergencies.

Since this is a new service for In-House Medical, they did not want to use any old market research or data. Plus, they were not sure which was the best channel to generate awareness about the company.

That is why they enlisted Revnew’s help to research the market from scratch and understand the business model to build a list of target accounts and identify the best-performing channels for outreach activities.

THE 5-STEP REVNEW APPROACH

  1. Before creating a personalized strategy, we needed to learn about Medical Ambassadors. We met with the stakeholders to understand their offerings, clientele and business vision.
  2. Without any prior data in hand, we set out to research on our own and built a list of target accounts that would be most benefited by the services of Medical Ambassadors.
  3. Our copywriters got to work and created different templates of sales copy, highlighting the USPs of Medical Ambassadors, to identify the right pain points and tone of voice.
  4. We decided to A/B test the messaging and the channels. Within two weeks, we had enough data to identify the best-performing channels for our outreach program.
  5. We then decided to design an email campaign focused on contacting and setting up meetings with relevant community hospitals and clinics across the country.

THE RESULTS
